Refund Policy

At SyllaCourse, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our AI-powered course creation platform. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for credits or course purchases.

2. Credit Purchases

Credits purchased on SyllaCourse are eligible for refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
  • Credits must not have been used for any course exports or AI generations
  • Partial refunds are not available; only full unused credit packages can be refunded
  • Promotional or bonus credits are non-refundable

3. Course Package Purchases

For Single Course and Course Bundle purchases:

  • Full refund available if no courses have been generated or exported
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • If any course has been generated or exported, the package is non-refundable
  • Free trial credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

4. Quality and Technical Issues

We understand that AI-generated content may occasionally not meet expectations. You may be eligible for a refund or credit restoration in the following cases:

  • Significant technical errors that prevent course export or download
  • AI generation failures resulting in unusable content (not stylistic preferences)
  • Platform downtime exceeding 24 hours affecting your ability to use purchased credits
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

  • Include your account email and order/transaction ID
  • Provide a brief explanation of your reason for the refund
  • For technical issues, include screenshots or error messages if applicable

6. Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • Any used credits or exported courses will be deducted from the refund amount

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used credits for AI generation or course exports
  • Exported course packages (IMS Content Packages, ZIP files)
  • Promotional credits, coupons, or bonus credits
  • Institutional or enterprise agreements (handled separately)
  • Subscription fees for any future subscription plans

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly for any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
